HOW TO MAKE DONUT

ingredients

  • 200 grams of high protein flour
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams fermipan
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 50 ml cold water
  • 50 ml of liquid milk
  • 30 gram butter / margarin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • mix the flour, sugar mix well.
  • enter the fermipan, mix well again
  • enter the egg yolks, water, milk
  • mix all ingredients together, then put butter and salt. knead until smooth .(not sticky in hand)
  • knead used hand for about 10-15 minutes already fells dull though not very elastic. the importan thing is the fine taste of butter. not long time if knead because it can smell the yeast because over time. the result is not good

note: the most important is yeast. never used to make can not inflate yeast less much. but not to much because it can make the smell of yeast and it does not taste good and the inside light not drag.

CARA MEMBUAT MARTABAK MINI

  • flour 250 gram
  • milk powder 15 gram
  • baking powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • sand sugar 50 grams
  • salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • water 300 ml
  • instant yeast 1/2 tea spoon
  • vanili powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • eggs 3 pcs
  • soda kue 3/4 tea spoon
  • margarine 25 gram
Topping  :
meses,grated cheese, peanuts, sweetened condensed milk

how to make 
  • mix flour, milk powder, baking powder, refined sugar , vanilla powder and salt. stir well.
  • pour water bit by bit
  • add instant yeast, mix well : let stand 30 minutes
  • after 30 menit, beat eggs and granulated sugar, pour into the flour mixture while stirring
  • finally, add baking soda and melted margarine, mix well
  • heat the snack maker, do not be smeared (check temperature : sprinkle a little sugar, if melting means ready to pour the dough)
  • when the dough is poured should be a "cesss".. then after the bubbles appear, reduce the little fire let no burn
