PROCEDUR TEXT HOW TO MAKE KEBAB TURKI


kebab is my favorite food while working in saudi arabia, maybe a little glimpse between kebabs with saurma, but bith also i like because it fells steady, when in saudi how to present or make saurma is by way of chicken or beef or according to our taste, baked with a small oven, every single buyer we live thinly sliced with a long knife sharp and mixed with vegetables, mayonaise and ketchup or our taste, then wrapped with khubz bread as the outer layer, while kebab can also we cook it by using the oven but this time i will give the recipe how to make a typical turkey kebab, although this is the food from turki but in saudi arabia is liked by its citizen, the price is cheap with only 5 riyal i have been able to enjoy the delicious kebab turki or sahurma, tire material is very easy if we want to try it at home, here is spice resipe and how to cook it


materials that need to be prepared
  • 1 pcs tortilla (can be optained in supermarket)
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 25 grams lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 25 grams cucumber, thinly sliced
  •   50 grams slices of kebab meat (making is below)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 25 grams of tomato, thinly sliced
ingredients for tortillas
  • 350 grams wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 100 ml vegetable oil

  • 1/2 kg beef , in sliced transverse fiber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 100 cc yoghurt
  • 3 pieces chilli
  • salt and pepper sufficiently
how to make turkish kebab

meat kebab
  • beat the beef until slightly widened, then puree red chilii, garlic, ginger and cilantro. then mix the beef with the finer spices and flatten the spices with the meat, after that, the meat was given yoghurt, salt and pepper to taste, let stand for 10 minutes for the spices to sink into the meat, then bake until cooked.
tortillas
  • wheat flour mixed with salt, stirring until evenly added with warm water little by little until the dough can be formed, add vegetable oil until the dough fells dull. store the dough into 8 parts, take one part of dough then flatten and rounded, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a flat pan, then put the dough and cook for 1 minute, then turn , cook 1 minute, remove. place the tortilla with alluminium foil, then store in the freezer to keep it fresh and not easily stale, tortillas are heated with oven
how to serve


  • place the tortillas on the plate, vegetable in the middle of the tortillas with elongated shape
  • apply tomato sauce and chilli sauce on top of the vegetables
  • add the kebab meat on top, flatten it out
  • spray the mayonnaise over the meat, then roll the tortillas and solidify
  • heat margarine, roast turkey kebab until browned, then serve.
