ingredients  :

  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 80 ml of warm water
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • prepare the container, then put the flour, margarine, egg yolk, salt and water stir and knead until smooth.

  • heat teflon and bake maryam bread using a small flame.  bake while on the back so as not to burn, once the sound becomes slightly brown dry and looks ripe, can be directly lifted.
