noodles are thin and long dough that has been rolled, dried, and cooked in boiling water, the term also refers to dry noodles that must be re-cooked by dipping in water. the italians, chinese and arabs have claimed their nation as creator of mie, altough the oldest writing on mie came from the eastern Han Dinasty, betwen 25 and 220 AD. in october 2005, the oldest nose estimated to be 4,000 years old was found in qinghai, china.
mie is a generic name, the europeans call the pasta (from italian) generically,and noodle (english) for the elongated paste. however, in europe noodle raw materials are more varied, in asia alone , the pasta is always elongated, various form of noodles can be found inn various place. this defference ocurs because of flour as a raw materials , as well as processing techniques.
noodles can also be created into various types of cuisine, can be cooked with fried, or boiled, various noodles in the word is very diverse. and the following are the types of food from which is quite famous in some parts of the word, among them are as follows.
- chinese noodle rice noodle, made from raw materials of rice flour
- dangmyeon korea noodles, made from raw material of sweet potato flour.
- fetucini noodles from italian origin, the shape resembles sphageti, flat and smoother than linguini.
- ifu noodle , noodle origin of china made from wheat
- kwetiau noodles origin china materials made from rice flour.
- macaroni noodles from italy, cut short, curved and hollow in the middle.
- ramen noodle is noodle sauce from japan
- ramyeon famous noodle sauce from korea
and many more types of noodles in the word with different names with different maufacturing techniques. in indonesia many noodles are seved with a variety aof different cuisines, such as chicken noodles,meatballs, fried noodles, and boiled noodles. like the recipe that i will share this is a recipe of fried noodles with orange leaves that taste very good, you can try yourself how to cook it at home because of the way and the material is very easy to get, the materials in need among them is as follows.
- 400 grams of yellow soggy noodles, rinse hot water and drain
- 4 tablespoons oil for sauteing
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 8 piecesof orange leaf, finely sliced
- 100 grams of chicken meat, cut into thin 1 x 3 cm
- 150 grams of medium size peeled shrimp
- 150 grams of white kool, roughly cut
- 100 bean sprouts
sauce
- 2 tavlespoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 spoon chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- mix noodles with 2 tablespoons sauce, mix well and se aside
- heat cooking oil,saute garlic until cooked
- input orange leaves, chicken meat, and shrimp, stirring until it changes color, pour the remaining sauce , stir well, cook until fragrant.
- add white kool, cook until cooked, mix the bean sprouts and noodles, stir until blended, cook until all the ingredients ae cooked, lift and serve.
