PROCEDUR TEXT HOW TO MAKE FALAFEL


falafel is a very good falafel usually served with hamous or tahini, or can with spicy sauce, this food is very popular in the eastern region like saudi arabia, very popular as snacks of the people there, ordinary people mixing falafel to the content of bread khubz with mixed fries as well as vegetables douses with sauce, mayonaise and ketchup. falafel made from arab nuts mixed with selected spices , my experience of being able to enjoy falafel is very easy, because is every street there are many who sell it, in coffe shop, and tea. but since we are in indonesia how can we enjoy the delicious falafel? just calm down here i will share recipes how to make my own falafel at home, to make falafel actually very easy as long as we want to learn, the ingredients we need to make falafel is as follows.


materials

  • 1 cup of dried bean or a can of peanuts or garbanzo beans
  • 1 large onion, choped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, choped
spices
  • 1 teaspoon of cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • the oil for frying
  • the first step put the dried chickpeas into the bowl then cover with cold water then soak.
  • then drain the beans into the pan with fresh water and bring to a boil
  • next let it boil for about 5 minutes , then let it cook over low heat for about 60 minutes, then drain and leave for approximately 15 minutes
  • mix garlic, beans, coriander, onion, salt, cumin and pepper into a medium bowl
  • add the flour then combine all the ingredients using a food processor
  • make sure the dough becomes thick then the shape becomes the shape of small balls approximately as big as a ping pong ball
  • flatten, then fry until browniesh and golden, serve hot.
