PROCEDUR TEXT HOW TO MAKE KHUBZ BREAD ARABIAN STYLE


my experience while working in saudi arabia, bread khubz is the obligatory bread for the people of arab saudi for breakfast, khubz bread is usually served with porridge ades or full medames, can also be eaten with vegetables, khubz bread is made from wheat which is made like bread dough in general, but in saudi arabia how to cook it is to use a big stove made of brick stack and grilled in it. but we also can make your own khubz bread at home by way of baked on top of teflon or it could be in the oven, the ingredients used are also very simple and many of us find in the bakery shop.
this time i will for the recipes how to make braed khubz that we can make ourselves in our house as breakfast, here is the ingredients that we must prepare.



materials
  • 3 glas wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon fermipan
  • 1 teaspoons boking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 glas butter/ vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoons black sesame (optional)
  • 1 1/4 glas warm water nails
  • combine all the ingredients with the exception of water little by little , knead until smooth (not stickly in the hand) this dough is a little soft but tender and tender
  • rest or let stand for about 1 hour until the dough expands to 2X
  • pause. and knead briefly, then divide into several parts, take a 10 minute break
  • then thin , flip with rolling pin not too thin and not toothick
  • if burning with a toaster pan, if it is yellow down input into not burned because burning is fast cooking
