  • pour the coconut milk, lemongrass, bay leaf, and salt and powdered broth. cook untill boiling afterwards enter the rice
  • let the coconut milk is absorbed and the rice becomes aron, afterthat cook the rice for about 20 minutes, then lift
  • prepare a piece of banana leaves, ripe rice and add 2 tablespoons of chicken.
  • wrap the rice with leave banana then stale it with a stick
