ingredients

  • 1 piece of chicken breast or can be replace with beef
  • 2 liters of water
  • cooking oil sufficiently for sauteing
  • 1 stalk of lemongras ,crushed
  • 2 segments of galangal finger, crushing
  • 1 segment of ginger finger, crushing
  • salt to taste
