  • prepare peanut sauce for the mature satay. add the sweet soy sauce into the remaining peanut sauce and stir until all the ingredients are well blended
  • take the cooked sate and flush with peanut spice on top. brush with lime juice on top, if you want, friends can also give a piece of onion and sprinkle on the satay
